They asked the right questions to help me choose the right espresso machine for my needs, and they took the time to explain how everything works, like a mini tutorial. After a terrible experience at another shop down the road, I was so appreciative of the courteous and friendly service from the staff. Michael provides exceptional after sales service. I was ready to buy a new Mignon grinder when it stopped working. But instead he walked me through what I should check , clean etc over email. Turns out the grinder was simply clogged and I was able to fix it myself. Thank you !!
